Description

Role Specification

The incumbent will be expected to deliver specific measurable outcomes in the
following Key Results Areas:

• Set up the leasing Business structures, process flows and control environment;
• Develop and implement a profitable Leasing business Strategy and Budget for the Bank;
• Establish leasing and asset financing clientele network through the Bank's current Corporate and individual client network.
• Provide leasing and asset financing facilities to existing and new clients within the Bank's Credit Risk Management framework;
• Create and maintain a value chain of asset suppliers and leasing clientele for the benefit of clients and the Bank;

Requirements

Person Specification

The ideal candidate is expected to have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

• First Degree in Business/Commerce/Finance/Accounting or equivalent;
• Professional Qualification in ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Possession of an MBL, MBA qualification an added advantage;
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial services industry in a similar role;
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Leasing, Credit and Corporate banking activities.
