• Determine long term business directions via account market planning by aligning with operator's BP.

• Be available for offering network analysis, design and network integration service.
• Understand operator's framework, process, business and operations
• Able to communicate with high or middle level customers.
• Deeply understand customer's pain or middle level customers.
