Property Manager

Our client in the Real Estate Industry is looking for a Property Manager to be stationed in Thika Town. The main purpose being to manage commercial property for our client
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Manage property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies; negotiating and enforcing leases; maintaining and securing premises.
Establish rental rate by surveying local rental rates, calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals
Attract tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; showing units.


Knowledge & Qualifications
Diploma/ Degree in a Business/ Real Estate/ Land Management
2 to 3 years experience managing a busy commercial building
Suitable candidate should be of unquestionable integrity
Aptitude for Sales & Marketing is an added advantage
Excellent Customer care & Relations
Flexibility and an attitude to learn
