Our client, in the service Industry is looking for a Human Resource Manager to be stationed in Nairobi. The successful candidates will be responsible for all the Human Resource Functions.Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake duties supporting the recruitment and selection function and any other associated duties.Undertake duties supporting the use of HR Information System including sending out relevant contractual information; liaising with payroll to resolve queries; processing any other payments.Undertake administrative duties supporting various HR processes including maternity and paternity leave and other forms of special leave; job evaluation panels; probation procedure; other
terms and conditions of employment.Undertake duties supporting the organization’s learning and development culture including the collation of learning needs from individuals’ appraisals and the collation of information relating to the evaluation of training. Provide administrative support to the HR teamMaking sure all licences are renewed.Any other duties assigned by the Director.  KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTSBachelors Degree in Human Resource Management3-5 yrs of experience Exposure in the Service industry will be an added advantageAdditional professional qualification in HR, is an added advantageAbility to develop and deliver presentations and other written materialsAbility to persuade and influence othersStrong interpersonal and communication skills
