established Company that supplies Consumer Goods based in
Nairobi is seeking to recruit a Country Director.
The successful candidate will oversee, coordinate, implement,
and manage strategic and operational programs including sales
and personnel.
Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic planning process for the country program
including sales campaigns and non-profit operations.
Manages, coordinates and implements country programs.
Responsible for all logistics for operations, production plan and
program distributions.
Carrying out the budgeting for the Country Operations.
Qualifications:
Must have 7 years management experience.
Must have a proven track record in project and people
management.
Must have a bachelor’s degree in business, economics or
accounting.
MBA or CPA will be an added advantage.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh.300,000 - 480,000/= (Approx.
3,500 - 5,600 USD)depending on experience
