Key Responsibilities
• Managing all lubricant and coolants/specialty sales within the Industrial Sectors. This includes execution of short and long term strategies aligned with the sector strategies.
• Leading the planning & deployment of Go-to-market strategy. Working in close coordination with the GM to ensure key milestone is delivered across the Channel/customers.
• Identifying opportunities to develop strategic relationships with key customers. Responsible for understanding the fundamental drivers of small to medium size business and able to translate knowledge into value for customers and distributors.
• Communicating regularly with key customers and participates in key sector or distributor associations.
