Description
Main Responsibilities
- Implementing and strategic plan of the Micro-finance Division
- Monitor and evaluate branch performance in terms of portfolio growth
- Couch and mentor Branch Managers on all aspects of Micro-finance
- Establish annual budget and drive sales to meet or exceed target levels.
- Manage the organization's Micro-finance brand visibility.
- Marketing and sales of the organization's Micro-finance products and services.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- An Honors Degree in Business Studies/ Finance/ Banking / Economics or Accounting.
- A Masters Degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of five years practical experience in the financial sector (Micro-finance) at a senior level.
