Description

Main Responsibilities

• Implementing and strategic plan of the Micro-finance Division
• Monitor and evaluate branch performance in terms of portfolio growth
• Couch and mentor Branch Managers on all aspects of Micro-finance
• Establish annual budget and drive sales to meet or exceed target levels.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• An Honors Degree in Business Studies/ Finance/ Banking / Economics or Accounting.
• A Masters Degree will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of five years practical experience in the financial sector (Micro-finance) at a senior level.
