Minimum Qualifications
A business related degree from a recognised University.
C.P.A (K), Diploma in Co-operative Management or Banking.
A minimum of (5) years of relevant progressive working
experience.
Excellent knowledge of SACCO policies and procedures.
Should be a computer literate.
Should be at least 28 years and above.

to work under pressure.
Be of integrity, good interpersonal relations and a team player.
Strong Managerial skills, including motivation, developing,
coaching and leading team.
Bold and organised to face any challenge.
Excellent communication skills.

Ability to discharge and exercise discretion in matters
pertaining to the organisation.
