A medium sized company specializing in manufacture of kitchens, wardrobes and cabinetry with a staff of 140, requires an experienced manager to maintain overall time management for all the companies operations.
Once work is brought in by the marketing department, the operations manager shall have overall responsibility for ensuring all the processes leading up to successful completion of the job are done on time:
  1. Responding to contractual correspondence.
  2. Billing and collections
  3. Resource allocation for both Factory and installation.
  4. Overall project management
On property development, the candidate shall be responsible for:
  • Putting team of consultants together
  • Obtaining approvals for building plans.
  • Engaging contractor
  • Overall project management to completion.
The candidate should have the following attributes.
  •  Experience in construction or manufacturing supervision in a medium to large operation.
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience with ERP systems e.g Sage or Sap.
  • Degree in Architecture, project management, engineering or a related technical field.
  • Track record of financial ability for billing and overall profit / loss responsibility.
An attractive package including profit share shall be offered to the successful candidate + on achievement of targets.
