Receptionist/ Administration Assistant
Industry: Manufacturing
Location: Nairobi
Salary Ksh 35,000
Our client is an an organization in the Manufacturing industry in such of a mature well presented Receptionist/ Administration assistant to assist the administration team in the provision of clerical and administrative services to our clients.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
To carry out secretarial, administrative and clerical duties
To provide administrative support to the Executive Director
To handle the office telephone, including taking messages for other staff
To pro-actively provide administrative support for our clients including filing and word processing
To liaise with and give appropriate information to clients as and when required
To assist with the general administration of work within the company
To assist in the compilation of reports and records, and assessment of data as may be required by Required Qualifications;
Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration/Management or related field
Excellent writing and communications skills
At least 2 years experience in office administration work
Demonstrate attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines
