- Ensure that there is no dumping among the members involved in the business
- Ensure that all the members sell airtime denominations according to the agreed percentage profit margins
- Receive and verify information from the telecom company to make sound decisions on issues relating to the company.
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents
- Process reports after data entry
- Maintain accounts of the dealers
- Being accountable to the business partners through drafting monthly business financial reports relating to the information received from the telecom company
- Prepare purchase orders
- Prepare travel and accommodation for staff when they are going in the operational areas
- The Financial Administrator should primarily hold a Master’s or bachelor’s degree in fields of Accounting and Finance
- At least two to three years’ progressively responsible experience for a major company working as a financial administrator
- Working knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedures
- Possess a good understanding of the distribution market.
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- The incumbent must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of the Financial Administrator.
