ndustrial Manager
Industry: Oil
Location: Nairobi
Key Responsibilities
•    Managing all lubricant and coolants/specialty sales within the Industrial Sectors. This includes execution of short and long term strategies aligned with the sector strategies.
•    Responsible for delivering sustainable results consistent with strategic objectives for volume, margin, customer profitability, selling prices and expenses.
•    Fully responsible for execution of the sales process including building the sales pipeline.
•    Involved with building relationships with the largest customer accounts.
•    Ensuring effective customer segmentation to deliver financial goals.
•    Monitoring customer profitability performance and directing improvements in the account plan.


Knowledge and Skill Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
•    Preferably an Engineering background with
•    At least 8 years managerial level experience in East African markets
•    Strong TECHNICAL knowledge of chemicals and lubricants as well as the relevant industries

•    Age between 40 – 45 years
