This dynamic organisation seeks a Chief
Finance Officer.
The successful candidate MUST have
FMCG experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementing the finance policies of the
company.
Monitoring the budget on a day to day
basis.
Contribute to the development and
execution of the company´s growth
strategy.
Ensuring proper financial and accounting
controls.
Advising on the mechanisms for fiduciary
management companies.
Identifying investment opportunities.
Qualifications:
Must have a CPA / ACCA with at least a
degree in a relevant discipline.
Having an MBA will be an added
advantage.
Must have at least 10 years of experience
in financial management.
Must have strong treasury and cash
management background.
Skills:
Strong financial management and profit
maximisation skills.
Strong knowledge of financial compliance
and governance requirements.
Strong operational experience with a
sound grounding in the financial
considerations of manufacturing entities.
Proven analytical skills.
Presentation skills.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural
environment.
Work successfully under pressure.
Excellent People Management and
communication skills.
Strong & Positive Leadership.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh.250,000 -
300,000/= (Approx. 2,900 - 3,500
USD)depending on experience
