Food & Beverage Manager
Industry: Hospitality
Location: Nairobi
Salary: Attractive Package
Our client, a new five star hotel, is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
In charge of all food and beverage matters i.e outlets, storage, provision areas, waste disposal and sanitation
Ensure public health & hygiene standards are met at all times
Conduct simple training & induction for all F&B personnel
Monitor work practices in both service and production.
Carry out all inspections as outlined in the Hotel Management Manuals and as requested by the Hotel Director
Check both all dining areas to ensure they are clean and food is well presented and replenished
Maintaining Standard Operating Procedures



Knowledge & Competencies
Degree or diploma in Culinary Management/ Catering from a reputable institution
Must have sound knowledge of food & beverage products
Must have refined skills in public relations
Must have Typing skills, Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook.
Additional: Stock Control System; POS System
